Lol, I really wish I had one but I dont. Thats the price (well, 3-10 depending of different factors) I have gotten while trying to buy.

If you are a submitter, then you should make sure the links to the pages you want to improve, is on everything you submit.. In the long run, it will add quite a bit to your PR.

Otherwise - trade hard links!

At the moment you can't increase visible PR. Until/unless google decides to make the pr bar in the toolbar active/accurate again you won't see any visible increases or if something does change it probably won't be accurate.

Forget PR and work on getting your link on quality, related sites. :2 cents: Unless google changes its mind (and let's face it with Google anything's possible) visible PR is now pretty much useless.

just becasue the toolbar isnt accurate doesnt mean PR became useless.

the directory shows updated PR for all sites for example!
