I have sleep issues. The ambien gets me to fall asleep, but the valium lets me stay asleep for several hours. I have this bad problem of once I wake up I stay up, the valium helps that. Plus it does provide for very vivid dreams.

Anybody want to post some ambien horror stories?

I have had 2 terrible ambien experiences.

My only Benzo horror story is building tolerance and needing a shitload to feel relaxed. I'm sure I've made a complete fool of myself in social situations while spacing out on Klono/Vals/Xanax, but they cause amnesia so I never remember a damn thing the next day.
