Yo I have an old laptop that I use to surf around the house and yard...it a Sony 1g processor with 256 ram...it kept locking up and getting hot ...I love it but was going to buy a new one...until I saw this and picked it up.....it works like a charm.....check it out...
i got it at best buy for $30....so far so good....

Damn, for $30, that thing is a really great idea.
My girlfriend's laptop is always overheating and freezing up, I'll have to look into one of those for her.

i just stummbled across it and tested it out...woeks great...fits undr easy and is very quiet.....good find and save me $1200 on a new one....best buy....comp usa...they both have it.

Shit I need one of those, I just use my laptop for a mediacenter pc on top of the television, but it really cooks while streaming anything over the network.

yeah, my girlfriend's laptop has the same problem. seems like the fan stopped working.

Seems like it might make things a bit clunky.

that particular model is less than an inch thick, less than 12 inches wide and weighs just under a pound. so it's not too big.

it would fit in most laptop cases without a problem and it'll slide under most laptops and be completely concealed.

for home use, it's no problem. for travel use, the extra weight/space is negligible.

It's very light and plugs in the usb...it's about a 1/2 inch thick...but i find no problem with it and it's working great...
