i had to join 2 pics because i couldnt back up with the tree in the way, but you get the idea. it was way too much work and i think ill hire it out next house i get, but i liked the results.

oh really, can you point out where theres flowers in the picture? i planted 2 trees and about 30 bushes. no flowers.

it takes a year or 2 for them to grow in i think.

i have to be doing some kind of physical labor, if i dont have stuff like that to do i go to the gym 3-4 times a week. i cant sit on a computer all day.

Honestly you should have. Flowers give it color and appeals to many women who have a lot of say so in the home markets.

Makes a huge difference - but I would have left the trees.

i dont plan on moving any time soon since i just moved in not too long ago, so i did the landscaping how i liked it. in michigan you have to live in a house 2 years or you have to pay insane taxes when you sell it.

i planted 2 new trees and only cut down 1. the one i cut down would have grown way too big and it was right next to my house.

it looks better. The black shutter looks awesome. can you add it to that smaller window?

I would add more plantings in that gravel, it looks kind of bare now and it would look better if it was more lush.
Id paint that fence on the right too, it will give the house a newer, cleaner and fresher appearance.

id take the chair off the porch too. Its too big there and when the buyers walk up it'll make the porch feel smaller to them.

That looks 10 times better, Now throw up a for sale sign on it with a 15 to 20k mark up,

the shutters are green, but yeah i bought some for the other window and painted them just need to hang them. im not selling any time soon, so the chair will stay on the porch so i have somewhere to sit when i want to sit outside.
