I am thinking of accepting one-time payments to my site, but would like to know some things to consider. I can workout the technical issues of accepting credit-cards, but what else do I need to think off?
What is the best way to handle charge-backs?
What are some rules to be subjected too? I am from the Netherlands, but to be sure I will follow US rules, since everything is targeted and hosted to/in the US?
I know of 2257, and I will make sure everything will be correct with the paperwork. I won't be shooting my own content, but will resell some, and offering some from feeds etc.
Any advice is much appreciated!
