If you have a tgp for sale that satisfies the following criteria, I want to hear from you:

-- Proven monthly earnings. This is the most important. I need to know, for real, what you're earning.

-- Decent traffic levels.

-- References (anyone I may know, or know of, that can say you're for real).

You can't ask for proven $$$ cause most tgps don't seperate between their tgps.

You should know that 100k of traffic at a skim of 60% is worth X to you.

Lots of people can make traffic, but can't make dick for $$$ with it.

I know how much cash I can make with x traffic. And yes you can ask how much a site has been making. I buy stuff all the time and I would NEVER buy something without knowing the track record of its earnings.

Anyway, I dont want to debate. I just want to find a good deal. :)

yea you can ask for it but like he said, MOST people dont distingush $$ amount from one TGP to another. I myself am looking to sell a couple of my TGPs and what-not but I have no way of seperating which income is from which site so it makes it very difficult.

at approximately $75 a piece you can build as many TGPs as you want, decent design and decent domain name, but i hope you know how to work traffic. otherwise you will waste your money.

I'm no expert compared to many of the crowd here, but I can probably get by (i hope). I've looked into getting one built (in terms of traffic) and that's an option. Another option is to get a sweet design, get it scripted up, and hammer it with traffic and work trades (but I really would be shit at this and would never get it up to 50 to 100k any time soon). Final option is to get an already-performing model and hopefully not fuck it up and improve on it.

I do a lot of different stuff, this is something I want to get my teeth into. Also, buying businesses - for a decent price - that show proven earnings, and growth potential is always a good thing.
