here are a few more pics.... we camped right on top of a pass and slept in a snow storm that night...we woke up and had to dig ourselves out of the tent..the snow and high winds made us abort our climbing attempts, but made for some really awesome pictures

You must be crazy... although it was tempting after not having a shower for several days. The lower lakes were pretty warm..I was just too tired to expend any more energy..lol

I used to wear a helmet like that when I rode the short bus to and from school. :)

hahahaha....with lots of falling rock..and the ones you see are small in the picture, my ass was wearing a helmet...not that it would do much good when a boulder slips loose and crushes the skull...but was good for little rocks falling.

That was "Assgard Pass" in the upper enchantments. Northern Cascades right around the Leavenworth,WA area
