Yes, got my copy of XP Pro from a computer shop for $130. Not a bad price to be legal.

True, but my older XP copy for example did not work on autoupdate a few months ago. Somehow people used the same serial as me, and I got locked out.

AFter 843295894385 complaints, I finally got anew copy from my retailer

My Gentoo Linux desktop does not need a serial.

I can run Office, Photoshop, Flash, no problems.

FAST and so safe...

If some Windows app doesn't run on my Gentoo box, I run it under VMware, and if that doesn't work, I'll use my PowerMac G5.
