What the fuck is up with customer service?
 

I ordered something and pay the extra to have it shipped 2nd day air..it's a gift for someone and I wanted it to be there like yesterday...when it really should have been there Wednesday.

So I get a confirmation email that says it was shipped ground and it won't arrive until Monday.

So I call the company and the guy says yes there is an issue with your order and tells me he will call me back.

No call.

So I call again today expecting an apology and a refund on the difference, I was going to apply it to the next order..so what does he fucking tell me.

My order went out today 2nd day air...I'm like What? I thought it was already sent and would arrive Monday...he said no it will arrive TUESDAY!!! I'm like what the hell? Why would you resend somethng that is going to go ahead and arrive on Monday that now extends it to Tuesday...and then he tells me it was broken during shipment and returned....*I'm smelling bullshit*.

So this company is not getting anymore of my biz...I had at least 2 more orders I was going to put in.

What compagny is it and what was the good ? BTW the shipping compagnies don't return item if broken ... well most like.y they will just give it to the buyer and he will complain after ...
