i went to an indian place once, i told the indian dude it wasnt very mannerly to wear your hat indoors.

I like Tandori chicken..they have great food as long as it isn't too spicey

I didn't like Indian food, until I lived for 2 years near the Japanese city of Matsuyama. The only 2 non-Japanese restaurants in town were an Indian place (creatively called "Indian Restaurant") and French cafe. Within three months, I had developed a taste for both cuisines.

Err..non-spicy indian food? How bland and boring can you get, its half the appeal of the food!

I'll probably never try Indian food. I am too traumatized from that 'faces of death' video I watched when I was younger -- the one where the two couples go into an Indian restaurant and sit at a table with a live monkey's head sticking out in the middle. The waiters give the male customers little wooden hammers, which they use to bash the monkey's skull in. Then the waiter saws off the top of the monkey's head and spoons its brains out onto the plates of the customers, who eat them. One of the women puked when she tasted it. Apparently monkey brain is a delicacy in India.

And you got that precious still unknown to the Indians knowledge from a movie? :1orglaugh I asked an Indian once if he ate monkey brain cos I saw that on Temple Of The Doom he said no then asked if I fucked my mother and sisters cos he saw that on many western porno movies :Graucho

I dont know about indian indian food, but you should try the chinese style indian food. :thumbsup

I like beef/bison jerky. Wasn't that an Indian food?

More or less the national cusine of the UK now and yay for it. I don't like very spicy food but when it is cooked for flavour rather than heat I love it.

i love the stuff, had my first indian meal just a few months ago and i am hooked.

My favorite is the chicken makhni (sp?) which im told translate to butter chicken, where you take the pita bread (naan?) and dip it into that, melts in your mouth. Spicy as fuck but im a fan of spicy food.
Also some kind of yougurt and mango mixed drink is very good.
