Man, CAL-OSHA has no idea what kind of problems they'd cause by doing that. I really hope those companies appeal.

Letting this go through sets a precedent. Sure, it'll take time to fuck the industry badly. But precedent has been established now.

I see this as just a way for conservatives and anti-porn activists (yes, some are liberal) to push their agenda and make it more difficult for porn to be made. Force condom use because it limits the stuff you can do...

It's impossible to do creampies.

Harder to do anything to mouth.

What the anti-porn activists don't realize is that if you fuck porn, it'll go underground. It won't go away. And when it's "underground" it'll be largely unregulated.

The 2 companies that were fined were the 2 companies that Darren James was working for when he got HIV... They shot in Brazil and are required by brazilian law to use condoms when shooting them, but they didn't and that's how Darren got HIV and spread it to a bunch of girls... so I think THAT is what instigated the investigationa and the fines...
