all you guys with singles girl paysites are you guys all having your girls sign exclusive contracts, and if you don't why not?

Its impossible to enforce an exclusive contract, and most models figure that out pretty quickly. Look at Mandy as a perfect example.

I prefer the "golden handcuffs" method. We spoil our girls so rotten that they don't WANT to work for anyone else.

I also think its a good business practice not to recruit or shoot girls that we know have existing deals with other companies. It's just not worth the bruised egos when there are so many new girls just waiting to be discovered!

Very well said. I only wish all busniess owners would practice the same ethics as Light Speed.

The pie is big enough and there are so many hot girls to shoot that the only reason to shoot someone elses model is out of spite. Not a good way to do business.

Someone recently asked me if he could shoot all the Lightspeed Girls for his new teen site...

as far as I know we've never shot a girl while she was under contract with someone else, and I don't expect we ever will (unless we had permission from the folks she signed the contract with). There are enough ways for people to be shady fuckin backstabbers in this business, and it's just one more thing that we will always stay away from.

you got to let them ride the the steve train every once in a while to keep them happy
