Ok, there's a webservice called IP-relay where basically deaf people can goto a website and make phonecalls by typing their messages to an operator who then reads the message to the people on the other end.

The funny thing is there's no real way to prove you're deaf and the operators have to say exactly what you type..


someone set up a voice mail box and give the number out to everyone and told them to have operators leave messages,

They recorded them all and put them on their website.
