At a stop light and just caught in my rear view some Rice ball in a fore runner not slowing down fast enough.Wham,rear ends me.Some "new driver "nip teenager comes out...Oh so sorry ..so sorry..guess he seen the steam coming out of my ears.
Some pretty good damage on my car.
Will be talking to my lawyer in the morning for my whiplash and lower back pain and the nightmares I will be having for the next 5 years....

Good luck suing, you are a canadian remember, you basically cant do shit.. You will get some free physical therapy and have a lifelong worth of back pain, happened to my roommate in college along time ago, his back has never been the same and the guy wasnt even going very fast..

Yes you sue the other guys insurance company, also it is not your lawyer that sues them, it is your insurance companies lawyers.

and it's not going to get you any cash, inless you can prove you are missing work or cant go to Work, but since you work at home and sit in a chair and use a computer, you wont get anything.I have a law degree in Canada and know 2 people that were in the same situation the most they got were Massages covered by healthcare and medication.

Accidents suck, I've seen a mustang slam into a truck right next to me. And I've also been in a 4 car accident, damn fuckers from behind can't drive.

I got rearended with 5 people in my car in stop and go traffic on the Santa Monica freeway once. The bitch was on drugs and just had had a fight with her boyfriend. She looked totally strung out.

She was only doing about 10 MPH, but we all got whiplash injuries and collected 6 figures plus the medical bills.

Pain and suffering..I can't do my daily chores..I go to the doctors weekly for more medication.I am in between jobs and now I can't go out without extreme pain.Nightmares,my girlfriend left me cause I can't make love to her any more,I can't play my favorite sport ..Hockey..I can go on and on..

Asian people suck donkey dick at driving. After years of experience of dealing with these people on the road, I've learned it is no stereotype. They just plain suck ass.

If you think it's easy money just cause your were in a accident then your wrong. They will do ex-rays on your back and muscle tissue to see if there's any real damage.

I really hope your OK though, not saying that your not hurt. Just saying that unless your really hurt badly, you not going to get much.

Xrays do not show tissue/muscle injuries..nothing is easy that is worth fighting for.When you are rearended.it is 99.9% the other guys fault...yes it is easy money
