what is the safest way to "protect" the investment and opportunity cost?

other than a legal contract, i was thinking about getting some scenes shot first, as collateral, and only pay her a small daily allowance while putting the rest in escrow for her improvements till she has worked them all off...

does that make sense? anyone have any experience with something like this?

ok judging by the replies, either many of you are not reading my original post at all or i was unclear... so here goes again, this time with an example:

i buy her boobs, tanning sessions, make-up, new hairstyle, manicure/pedicures, etc... for say $5,000

then i get her to shoot BEFORE the operation a bunch of very hardcore scenes for a total "value" of $6,000 - this could be maybe 6 rough scenes let's say (but i only actually pay her a tiny fraction of what they are worth, maybe $500 spending money)

that way, she gets her boobs and i have content worth $6,000 that only cost me the price of the boob job plus the $500 spending money... if she bails, i still have an enforceable contract, plus the value of the content that i would have paid full price for anyhow

is anyone getting this now?
