Can a member of the general public obtain access to U.S.C. TITLE 18, SECTION 2257 records ?

What records do you mean?.. I would think unless it's classified, all govt documents would fall under the freedom of information act. At least I would assume so. We used to have a company that did a lot of govt bidding. lol we would use the freedom of information act to find out what the winning bid was the year before. :thumbsup so you can get just about anything
