Its good steady traffic.
I use it along with some other cheaper sources of crap traffic for my trades.n (hunter's traffic is productive. The other is quantity.)Comment

It's slow, but good. It's good for small trades since the surfers coming from Hunter average about 15 gallery clicks per visit. But don't expect to boost a high volume trade with it.
There is a lot of foreign traffic too, something to keep in mind if you are filtering by IP etc.
