I had a frenum, ampallang and my scrotem done years back. It hurt like HELL but I got more blow jobs and fucks out of it than I should have. This was back before everyone and their dad was pierced so it was still a BIG deal to have this done...

want it, if you dont dig it after, you can take it out and there
will not really even be a mark to tell it was there
