What would you like to see from a premium web host? (Opinion needed, get 180gb free )
 

What do you want to see from a next generation web host? Aside from offerind virtual hosting, dedicated, and virtual private servers, what services would you want a premium host to provide for you?

I am building on my vision, and need the adult community to let me know what it expects and needs from a premium host.


A little about us:

The network is Tier 1+, super premium carrier grade bandwidth, and ideal for media delivery. Data delivery is with with PRIVATE carriers.

The servers are FreeBSD. They are highly tuned for IP delivery.

The NOC is entirely N+1.

We also maintain edge presence with almost ALL major carriers.

nothing worse than something going wrong or need to find out something and it takes hours for a response...

That's a given. All dedicated customers will have the "red phone" numbers of our admins, along with their text pagers, chat, email information. Oh, and 24x7 support too, not just regular working hours. Not that you will probably even need it, but just in case.
