Traffic script?
 

I'm looking for a traffic script that allows me to get traffic from any sources (identified by unique codes) and redirect it based on specified conditions such as geo IP, categories, referrer, etc.

Of course, it must have the ability to detect proxies and hitbots. It's NOT for a TGP or LL or whatever, I'm NOT planning to trade traffic, but to buy it in bulk and filter it.

You need to get a traffic broker script.

I posted the other week about a traffic redirection script very similar to what you are talking about.
