This idiot on TV in Port Sulfer Louisiana

Doing a News Report. Doesn't look too bad. I'm pretty sure the cops are just sitting around playing cards. Nothing bad happening yet. He says no damage yet. They're showing these dumb rednecks right now that are riding it out in their trailer.

I don't get it. Is a trailer a bad thing to be in during a hurricane?
