I can understand getting the girls to sign off before they drink to make it 100% legal, this only make sense. As far as giving the girl alchahol in moderate amounts I do not see why this is an issue if she is of legal drinking age. When you pick up a girl from bar is she 100% sober? When you and your gf have celebrations or parties and wind up going at it is she 100% sobre? Same for me... If I have any proof that someone is fuckup in my studio they will be kick out of my studio...

Also I think that it reflect on what type of producer your working with... Because of course most girls would get fuckup any time so its the producer duty to provide a safe and clean location...
