Who has service with Telus Mobility?
 

They are screwing me over big time, and I need to vent a littlie........I HATE them and now Im stuck in a contract and have to pay big bucks........Die Telus, Die!!!
(If anybody works for Telus, has service with the co. or is fond of them, kindly disregard this thread please.

they suck..i cancelled my contract with them, and they tried to charge me a fine for doing so.


i raised hell, and let them know how much i hated their company.

you can get out of their contract..just keep stating how they let you down.

Hey Brad, I need help with this. Thats whats happening with me. I owed like a hundred bucks, went away before I payed it, and then they suspended it and now cancelled it on me, without letting me know. Now they say I owe over 300 bucks PLUS $400 deposit fee for it being cancelled... They say Im gonna get this deposit back in a year. Ive been fighting off this deposit for an hour and and half. Ill pay the outstanding balance but what do I say about this deposit??? BTW, sorry to unload this stuff on you.

tell them to go to hell..say you will pay the amount owed...but let them know you will no longer need their services as you dont wish to be with a company that will shut you down so quickly.


if you have been with them for a long time let them know that.
if you were like a few days alte point that out.

then let them know that you no longer feel comfortable using their services.


unless of course you were months late or something..then you are just fucked..lol

but regardless i would not pay the fee for turning it back on nor the deposit...id tell them to fuck right off.

let them know they are no longer a monopoloy and you cant wait to see their market share diminish...as you can tell i harbour a large amount of resentment towards BELL in general.

time to head back to the yahoo stock boards and piss..lol
