the ideal candidate will
a. know how to design websites -- HTML, DHTML, and Javascript knowledge; graphic design applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, image editing, cross browser scripting, and Macromedia products (Fireworks, Flash, Dreamweaver).
b. have experience and a portfolio of such designs, especially those with an adult slant
c. either live in Phoenix or be willing to relocate to Phoenix on his or her own
d. want to work for a company on payroll, with benefits like paid vacation, healthcare, 401K yada yada yada

No way i would move to Phoenix, probably due to the hundreds of thousands miles it is from Norway to Phoenix =)

Anyway.. I'd wish, but i code scripts instead of graphics, kinda got sick of it! But still, coding interfaces is much cooler than designing sites!
