Are the joins to the $ program free? I've had an average of 1:35 click to join ratio for that but I started pushing the $1 joins but I'm around 0:500.

That got a good response when I mentioned it on my site but some of the models who hang out on my site said they still couldn't work for you because of the exclusivity condition.

Most serious cam girls work multiple sites, if not at the same time then at least sequentially. Nobody wants to promise to be exclusive to one site. Is that condition open to discussion?

Yes it is, The rule is there more to stop moving customers from one company to another. I will have my legal redraft that part of the agreement. We have lots of models working on other sites, we are just very strict about enforcing sending customers to other sites !
