Password Managament - How do you do it?
I find I have passwords all over the place.
To this and that board, affiliation etc etc ... I keep one unique root linux password. I keep one unique xp password. I always include numbers in my passwords. Then I have a formula so I can personally guess the password required. for example ... time2rock "sensitive" time2go "medium" time2havefun "low" then add the acronym of the website. time2havefunGFY would be a low level password for GFY ... every year I change the formula What do you do to manage passwords? they're a pain |

I use an Excel sheet for all my sponsors so I have an overview + Roboform.

Rolodex...I have a card for each sponsor with their url, my user & password, the rep's names that I've talked with, and their contact information. I started doing the same with all my other password protected haunts on the net. They're organized alphabetically and I write along the name whether they are a sponsor, message board, resource, or whatever.
