google guys, i need some quick help

any of you have any direct email's to a good gogole rep? i have a problem with billing and when i email them through the form, i get the same exact response every time which has nothing to do with my situation

Email your local Google office. I have two reps I keep contact with in Toronto, but it obviously depends on your location.
