I AM THE CONSULTANT WHO WAS HIRED BY COREY, THE OWNER OF GETBUXXX.COM TO HELP HIM LAUNCH A WEBMASTER PROGRAM. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS BIZ SINCE DAY 1 AND OPERATED ONE OF THE LARGEST COMPANIES EVER IN THIS INDUSTRY. SINCE MY RETIREMENT I HAVE MOVED ON TO OTHER PROJECTS, AND AS A FAVOR TO A FRIEND DECIDED TO HELP OUT SOMEONE WHO WAS VERY MOTIVATED TO OPEN UP A PROGRAM AND AFTER MEETING WITH HIM, THOUGHT HE WOULD BE A TYPE OF PERSON THIS BUSINESS NEEDS.

YES, I DID POSE AS COREY ON ICQ, THIS BOARD, OTHER BOARDS, AIM AND EVEN ON THE PHONE, BECAUSE IT IS A CONSULTANTS JOB TO USE THEIR EXPERTISE IN PURCHASING CONTENT, HOSTING, DESIGN WORK, TRAFFIC, ETC. I DID THIS FOR A VERY GOOD REASON, ONCE EVERYTHING WAS UP AND RUNNING I WANTED COREY, THE OWNER OF GETBUXXX.COM TO BE ABLE TO WALK INTO A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT BASED ON MY DEALS AND PURCHASED I MADE ON HIS BEHALF.

SO NOW WITH THAT BEING SAID THESE ARE THE FACTS!!!!

On august 5th, I purchased content from Roscoe's company, which is BPS INTERPRISES in Golden CO, on aug. 12 I had another charge on my bank statement for the same amount of money from a company called BPS ENTERPRISES in Mayfield KY. Knowing I only made a purchase to the company in CO, i initiated a Debit dispute with my bank, filled out the forms they gave me to chargeback the company in KY. During the next month, we started to integrate some of this new content into our CMS and had not put it onto the site yet, but to get things in order did put it in our 2257 page.

This past saturday as i was vacationing in vegas with my wife, I got a frantic phone call from Corey, the owner of getbuxxx.com telling me about the post made accusing us of charging back Roscoe. I was able to get Roscoe on the phone, find out what he claimed had happened, online i was able to see the form he recieved from his bank which did have my signature but i KNOW i never filled out, explained to him what I knew and we agreed when i was back home on monday i would get it resolved at the bank.

On monday morning i went to my bank armed with a copy of the statement Roscoe had, the copy of the statement I originally had to get to the bottom of this. The outcome is that on Aug 12 the banker had me fill out the WRONG form and since as they put it I am such a "valued" customer, they took the liberty to fill out the correct form, copy and paste my signature from the form i did fill out and submit it to the chargeback dept. BUT what the bank did when they were trying to be nice was put the wrong company down. They put BPS INTERPRISES instead of BPS ENTERPRISES and because of that the chargeback was initaiated to Roscoes company. It was a simple bank mistake but a costly one when all is said and done. After that was determined and a letter written, I gave Roscoe another credit card to use and he went ahead and charged my card so he had his money just like we agreed on saturday once we knew what happened.

So the outcome is good, Roscoe got his money, we personally NEVER did what we were accused of, I still need to do a chargeback against BPS ENTERPRISES and in a week or 2 GETBUXXX.COM will be open for business and webmasters will have a fresh and honest new affiliate program to promote.

Finally, I do want to clear the air on some of accusations posted.
*WARNING..ROSCOE THIS IS NOT A STAB AT YOU, JUST FACTS*

1) First off the guy who made the purchase posed as coreybuxxx on icq and it wasn't even him it was his partner! VERY TRUE AS SAID I WAS A CONSULTANT DOING MY JOB. YOU DID HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS THOUGH AS THE CREDIT CARD RECIEPTS WERE EMAILED TO ME AND YOUR PARTNER HAD MY CELL NUMBER BECAUSE WE HAD SPOKEN ON THE PHONE

2) we tried SEVERAL times to reply to their questions on ICQ and even posted messages to this person to contact us.
NONE of our requests were answered! WHEN I GOT BACK FROM VEGAS AND TURNED MY COMPUTER ON THE ONLY ICQ'S I HAD WERE:

3) On the original order The phone number given us was disconnected! ( no help There)I THINK IT WAS MY OLD HOME NUMBER AND I HAVE SINCE MOVED, YOU DID HAVE MY CELL BECAUSE YOU CALLED ME ON IT ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY BUT DID NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL BEFORE I WAS CONTACTED BY COREY ABOUT THE POST.

4) The email address given had no relation to Getbuxxx(no help there either)CORRECT, BUT ON GETBUXXX.COM THERE IS A CONTACT PAGE WITH EMAILS THAT GO RIGHT TO COREY THE OWNER WHO WOULD OF GOTTEN THEM AND RESPONDED, AND ALSO THERE WAS NO EMAIL TO ME WAITING WHEN I GOT HOME FROM THE ADDRESS YOU DID HAVE FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

5) No info was in any records on any boards as to who or where
coreybuxxx could be contacted!BIG DEAL

6) Once we found GETBUXXX all Domain registry info was/is FAKE..
(no help there either)TRUE AND IT WILL STAY THAT WAY TILL THE SITES ARE LIVE AND THE CORRECT CORPORATE STRUCTURE IS SET UP, BUT THERE IS A EMAIL FOR [email protected] THAT WORKS AND NO EMAIL WAS SENT THERE.

7) After checking our bank AND our merchant account people for possible double charges NONE WAS FOUND !!TRUE, NEVER SAID THEY WERE ONLY SUGGESTED THAT MAYBE SOMETHING FUNNY WAS UP BECAUSE OF THE SIMILAR NAMES AND THE FACT YOU USED TO LIVE AND WORK IN MAYFIELD AND STILL USE A BANK THERE.

8) Not getting responces to our requests, no phone number, no reply to our icq requests, no reply to our board posting, finding out that the person on ICQ was not aho they said they were but a partner.LIKE NOTED, NAMES DONT MEAN ANYTHING, WE KNOW YOUR REAL NAME ISN'T ROSCOE. YOU HAD MY CELL AND CALLED IT, YOU NEVER EMAILED EITHER THE ADDRESS FROM THE PURCHASE, THE ONE LISTED ON A WHOIS SEARCH OR ANY OF THE ONES LISTED ON THE GETBUXXX SITE. BUT ONCE IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATE ACTION WAS TAKEN TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

So now with that out of the way, i again apologize for the misunderstanding, I do know who Roscoe is and his company and they are good people, do good work and have great custom photo deals. I also know who corey is, i know the potential getbuxxx.com has to suceed and i recomend everyone look at both of these sites for content and money making needs.

I will end this lengthy post with this......boards are a good thing for this industry, even though alot of the times they can lead to bad things. I told both Roscoe and Corey that what happened here is normal, and its just BIDNESS!!!
