Beware?Possible scammer on the rise.
 

While checking SE listings for ampcontent, I stumbled onto a 2257 declaration page that belongs to www.legacycash.com. This company has my company listed as one of the custodian?s for their records.

Since I know I have not sold them any content, I decided to check out who they really are.

Here?s a little refresher for you all.

Tomas Wasula A.K.A. SixPack is the guy who started heading up PIBCash once Tam was terminated. He was Rodney Connor?s right hand man and was personally involved with all the wack shit that PIBCash was caught doing.

During the Pheonix Forum, Tom assured me that he was no longer doing business with PIBCash. Shortly after that show, I was informed by a PIBCash employee that the company was still employing Tom and that they were working on a new program. I was also told that everything was being put in Tom?s name instead of Rodney?s in order to keep the heat off of the program.

So here are my thoughts on this.

Either:

A: Tom is using my content, that he got from PIBCash, in his sites without a license or

B: Rodney Connor is behind this new program and is continuing to use my unlicensed content in his new program as well as his old.

Either way?.There?s something shitty going on and neither of these guys should be trusted.

Good question, Bluff, apparently some people have a never satisfied urge to make a fast buck by scamming others and those who fuck over people once always seem to do it again sooner or later. The sad part is that all of them seem to get away with it without any major legal troubles. :ak47:

Good grief, some people just never get off this need to try and scam people, do they? I remember he'd open and close this traffic site he had on a weekly basis and I always thought it was kind of stupid and lame to do this. But I see he hasn't changed a bit.... always trying to do something to scam people........

And that is definitely the Tom that got my job, lucky bastard *insert sarcastic laugh here*. ANYONE that deals with either of them, together or seperate needs to watch their backs, fronts and everything in between.

Not by me, hon.... but you know? Sometimes it takes more than just one person to be scammed, sad, but true all the same. There are people who just don't like people, and this is normal, but when it starts spreading, that's when it starts looking real bad. So maybe you were just the first one and it had to travel around a bit before others picked it up. :thumbsup

Well it was before any of those screenshots came out when AaronM was still affiliated with PIB (tony freeland I think) so I personally believe that had a lot to do with it. I'm just glad everyone can see the truth now...

haha you should have waited for them to launch their new program before you told everyone it was them. That would have maximized their losses.

Yup, I remember all too well about it. I watched the whole thing, can't remember all of the details, but I do remember that it happened. And I know all too well how you feel too, I tried to say something about it and I was called a disgruntled employee, so we aren't too far apart on this whole thing at all. I knew it was going to happen, but some things couldn't be left unsaid and I had to make sure people that were promoting my sites knew they were no longer there......... and I was called everything in the book over it. So I do know, trust me, noone knows more than me.
