The "script kiddies" (that is all they are, it wasnt a hack, they used a tag script exploit to change the content of index.* files on the mentioned server.) The user running the script was warned previously, and put the tag script back up anyways. This user has been terminated for abuse. This occurenance has no reflection on the quality of our administrators' experience. No host can prevent a client from uploading and loading a tagboard script (as an example of a script) into their virtual account, and then have it be comprimised.
It IS however, a very unfortunate circumstance, but this did ONLY affect the people on this ONE server only. No dedicated or colocation customers were affected. As you all know, we dont really even offer virtual hosting, it is not our thing, and this is one of the main reasons. All the clients hosted on this box are for the most part, free-hosted. There are some paying customers, and they will be compensated, however we do our best, and keep doing our best to fix the issue when it happens.
Once again, we deeply appoligize for any inconveince this has caused.
