Which is better cpanel of webmin? Why? I already have webmin, does cpanel offer any aditional features or ways to help me out?

if not what other products are there? Just interested.

fully managed server = better then both ;)

I prefer cpanel. It's slick, easy to use, updates with a click of a button.
