After a month and a half they came back again with the bare minimum of explanation/apology. I'd already dumped them and refunded all my sales by then. Not to be trusted IMO ........ steer clear!

They screwed a very good friend of mine out of tens of thousands of dollars. Well, I shouldn't say screwed because I don't know if it was intentional, or not. But whatever the cause, she's out ALOT of money. :(

Thank goodness this happened when it did, I was just a few days away from setting up with them, myself, because my friend told me that they'd been good to her for a long time. :(

They were down for about 5 weeks while they implemented a new infratstrure thingy.

They are back up and slowly billing the signups in the last 5 weeks.

Pretty crap though :( I've lost heaps, they declined a LOT in those 5 weeks.
