Nevermind, it went through, but wtf? That's messed up... Does that mean ccbill was down or what?

It's been doing things like that since yesterday, I've had some webmasters email me telling me the form was broke to one of my programs, I tried it once and got an error, then 5 minutes later it worked. Dunno what's up.
