ICQ help - retrieving info from my backups
 

I just got through cleaning up my computer (from a formatting), and I backed up all my files.

HOWEVER, I have no idea how to get my old list back on ICQ. I reinstalled ICQ, only to realize that my Contact List is saved offline.

Does anyone know what the file name(s) are that contains this information. I DO have it backed up I just need to know where this info is located in the ICQ directory in my backups. Any help please?
