Help I'm ready to scream!!!

I've hired 3 people no body has showed up yet.

I need help - I either want someone to handle the details or someone to do some basic exit consoles, etc.

I'm looking for 20 hours max a week to start, willing to trade knowledge, connections and traffic to the right person.

Being in Florida isn't necessarily required, if you can handle exit consoles and basic html and design work.
