icq and primary email
 

i've heard of scammers selling icq numbers and taking them back because they're the primary email holders... or at least they're higher up on the email chain that the buyer...

is there a way to check who is primary? or who is higher priority?

icq follows a email heirarchy... if, for some bizzare reason, i decide to go buy an UIN (say on ebay), i want to know to check primary email...

i will never buy that shit, so i dont care
