New Single Girl Site! (pics)
 

The site's been up for a couple of months and doing very well with conversions and retentions. Now I just need some more traffic! So, today I launched our affiliate program, 50/50 on signups and rebills.

The signup price right now is only $14.95 but if I get enough people promoting, I'll raise it to $19.95 and then to $24.95. I'd like to get over 100 galleries before hitting the $24.95 mark. This should be within a couple more months.

Why would amount of sales have an impact on the join price point? If anything, the selection of content could be the deciding factor.

I hear ya, TicketsClub is temporary. I've got a merchant account and I'm going to get Amember hooked up to it when I get the cash. Still haven't received a cheque from Verotel yet though.

Interesting look but a little cold in personality. The thumbs are loading way too slow.

I take them both into account. Right now where the site is new and traffic is still kinda low, I want a high conversion rate. The lower price helps with this.

As for content, we're working on getting as much as we can in right now. We've signed up about 50 members so far and they've sent some great compliments, always begging for more. The way I shoot the pics teases way more than most NN style sites do. I usually put a couple slips in each set. NN fans love that shit.

What's the prob with .ca? Avenue Blue seems to be doing quite well with .ca domains. Besides, Jerseygirl.com is taken and I'm not redesigning with a new name on the site.

New processor will hopefully come soon. I wish I could use CCbill but that's out of my hands until Canadian banks take the pickle out of their ass.

As for optimization of the pics, are you on dialup? I haven't tested it on dialup since I haven't used it since 1996. Where's that timeline pic?

Yeah, I would suggest a new billing solution ASAP. As for the .ca domain, I'm not sure why, but for some surfers they just don't seem to trust it as well as a .com or .net.
