CCBill - What a bunch of idiots....
 
We set-up CCBill back in June of this year, to add to our cascade system with NATS..

Filled out all the paperwork, faxed in the contract, and got everything set up..

Started processing transactions through them, and finally added them to our cascade...

Now 3 months later, I get a call from our accountant, saying that we've not received a check from CCBill yet...

I contact CCBill via email, wondering what's the deal with the check...

The response I get back is : "Page 4 of the contract has not been successfully sent to us and so there is
a hold placed on your account until we receive this page. Can you please
fax/mail in the missing page so we can take your funds off of hold?

I find it rather odd, that they will set up the account, and allow us to process transactions, yet they never got page 4 of the contract, add onto that, THEY didn't contact me to tell ME they didn't have page 4, I had to contact them to find this out..

WHat a bunch of idiots.. Glad they're last in our cascade....

CCBILL have always been really helpfull and never had any issues like that.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying CCBill is a fucked up company or anything, but in this instance, and it may be an uncommon occurrance, just seems weird to me...

If it took your accountant 3 months to figure out something was wrong, then I think you should reconsider who you're calling an idiot?

That is being addressed as well, but when processing 1st got set up, transactions were not immediately sent through, as the system on our end had to be completed, then there's the hold back period, so realistically the 1st check shoudl have come around the middle of last month, but still I see your point, and this is being addressed...

Just got off the phone with Mark, and the problem seems to have been resolved...

I realise you were frustrated; but.....sensationalistic thread headings, such as yours was unwarranted...

Especially when a five minute phone call would have solved the problem.....

That and talking with your accountant sooner than three months.

I've never met a CCBill person I didn't like....we've been with them for a long time....

It's even a free call....with that new fangled 800 thing they have..

Glad to hear it's all straightened out.....

yeah.. me too. they said they never received mmy fax when i had the letter of transmission in my hands along with a copy of the contract. I spent like 25- 30.00 to fax that shit out to them for nothing. Then all was settled then they wouldnt release the checks til my husband and I signed a paper stating blah blah blah. then I had to fax the 1-900 addendum. Bahhh!! So I know what you're going through. It's very frustrating.

We have been using them for 6 years, and have never had a problem.

Make a note of who your sales person is and always call and ask for him/her.

That way there is accountability.

CCBILL is probably the most reliable cc company on the net.

And they did not get that rep being sloppy.
