if i started allowing submissions to my tgp, and got listed with russian submitter chameleon, and advanced submitter, will my traffic change drastically due to recip links on galleries?

no... i never noticed any drastic changes in traffic when i required recips to be put on galleries...

...though many people swear on that!

You'll get a few clicks but not loads. The recips have their uses though :)

That's because 10% of their visitors come from them. Means they get 100 hits a day rather than just 90.
