Frozen taskbar in WinXP
I ran my copy of Webroot's Spy Sweeper, it said I have a trojan and a few adwares, so it tries to remove them, but need to restart to remove them competely since some of them were running. After I restart I can't access my taskbar! When I put my mouse over it, it turns into hour glass.
When I check the task manager, the CPU usage is at a constant 100%, and the process svchost.exe is using 99% of it, and I can't kill the process.
Anyone know how to fix this?
