somebody recently posted here offering a tgp building service.. but i don't remember his name.

There are turnkey sites that will sell you pre-made paysites, TGPs, etc...I wouldn't reccomend these for anyone that doesn't know what they are doing though, as an inexperienced TGP operator will quickly lose any and all built up traffic, and the paysites are usually generic and weak with shitty recycled content :2 cents:
