US court strikes down Pennsylvania anti-porn law
 

A law designed to force ISPs to block sites offering child pornography has itself been blocked. A Pennsylvania judge has ruled that the law is unconstitutional because the technology would also block other sites and thus restrict free speech.

I heard of this come up in the news a little while ago. Never actually paid any attention to it because there was no chance in hell it would be put to action.
I was under the impression the scope of the ban was for all pornography on the internet...
