Hood Fat Free (not sure about the carbs) Caramel Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt is good too. :thumbsup

Never tried a low carb ice cream yet. Think Ben & Jerry's has a line of low carb or low sugar Ice Cream line. Might check that out.

Tastes just like ice cream too.... it's a little expensive, but well worth it.

have tried it and the no fat ice cream too. tastes like the ordinary ice cream.

That would be if it uses sugar alcohol like Malitol for sweetness.

But they're making ice creams with Splenda now that are good.

I ate some of the little bite size chocolate bars that are carb "smart" but they were fucking full of that stuff that makes you sick. I ate 2 little pieces and almost immediately felt the effects... :fart

i learned from a nutritionist that splenda has cholorine (or something like that) molocules bound with it

if i want ice cream i eat ice cream non-fat or not...
if i want something healthy, i eat yoghurt...

I'd be better of drinking pool water.
