I never have. Ive been all over the west coast but have never been to the east. I will have to come up there some time and check it out.

it's a cool place but definately couldn't handle living there just to fuckin hectic jerseys where its at :thumbsup

I grew up in Buffalo, lived there 17 years and never made it to the city. Closest I ever got was Albany. : )

yea living just outside the city is cool, life is so much calmer

I had to change flights coming back from Las Vegas at JFK and it smelled like pee pee...is this normal?:helpme

try flying into newark and taking a ride down the jersey turnpike :thumbsup you smell some fierce shiest sometimes

I have been to NYC.
More of an English place than any other city in USA

I was in nyc for 10 days this summer... small webmaster gathering, spent most of the time in the Lace strip club. But i did see all the major sights too, was fun time.

never been, don't really want to go. I'm happy here on the west coast.

My favorite part was that they lost my luggage. Here is about how the conversation went between me and the TWA girl at the counter.

Me: "Excuse me miss but you guys seem to have misplaced my..."

Her: "BARK BARK BARK BARK I DON'T HAVE TIME TO MESS WITH BARK BARK BARK BARK SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO THE LEFT SIR"

Me: "Alright"

I went when I was about 3 ft tall if that counts at all

Spent some time in NY last year, couldn't wait to get out.

Certainly don't get wet to go there, can't stand anything too far east of the mississippi, except Florida.

Born there, city is non stop, so much to do, does not sleep like Vegas, food is awesome!

Hot chicks all over the damn place, if you want to do or see anything NYC pretty much has it :)

New York is great and my second favourite US city, after San Fran.

But would not want to live there. Too hectic for an old man like me. :1orglaugh

it ain't all that great, once you get past the normal tourist things it is just a concrete jungle...not my cup of tea

I have been to nyc And I went up the Empire State Building (took us 3 lifts) We were docked in Bayone, New jersey. I was in the British Metrchant Navy

I have never been and am scared to go... I'm just a Nashville girl, born and raised. I don't know that I could handle NY's fast pace. I've been to DC, and that wasn't so bad. Maybe I'll go one day. :winkwink:

i used to want to live there when i was young and brave. now, i'm old and can barely leave my town.

The place is a gigantic toilet bowl, a truly disgusting place, like most large American cities.

I have been 1 time.. and I would like to go back again sometime.

It was kind of cool seeing all the landmarks and stuff you see in movies and on tv all the time.

Plus it was very cool how everything seemed to be open 24 hrs. :)

I've never been there. Miami was my first time in the States. But it's on my wishlist of places to go too. I don't know why a lot of people think it's special, but I guess I have to go there to find out.

im thinking about shooting up in nov, catch up with joe and fuck up manhattan tons of fun style.

I was just there last weekend.

3 weeks ago, went to my man's family reunion out there.

I've been 3 times... and once for New Years (never do that again). NYC is ok but not really a place I can't wait to get back to.

Actually in the last 3 years, I've been more often in new York than in Montreal aven if I am only 2:30 from there...

While we were preping NYC Expo in March & April, I think we went there about twice a month ...

I LOVE NY, but i wouldn't leave there, too much traffic, busy and fast paced for me ... I do prefer the quietness on my small Quebec City :)

I would say to everyone that NY (like Vegas) is a place you NEED to see at least once in a life time...
