anyone tried Bison steak? I'm trying to find where I can buy some at.

Yes..it's not too bad..a little gamey but still pretty good

yah. it's more like beef. try the local meatshop and inquire there.

i prefer beef. bison is like rubber

I love bison meat....
even better is beefalo...a guy in Wyoming was breeding cattle with buffalos and created beefalos...the meat had a nice peppery flavor to it
