Public flashing and logos
 

ok - i got some pics of a model flashing inside a fast food place - and you can clearly see what place it is - my question is should I blur out the logos and stuff? I have seen some of these style pics blurred and some without...

Sounds like you could be getting into trademark infringement if you're not careful.

One site (I didn't pay too much attention to which one) has shot on campus areas in WA and I think they're being pursued for using "recognizable locations" which they hold a trademark to (identifiable areas owned by the school).

But I notice sites like voyeurweb has started to blur the logos and names of the stores in their postings. last thing I want to do is have Carls Jr after my ass, I like their food too much for them to get pissed at me :helpme
