DAMN, just saw a very informative docu
WOW amazing, really
story Dutch programmer works 20 years on code. it is a compression thing for code. For example a WHOLE book only read 1234. The chip could play 14! movies in fast speed on a simple laptop etc. It was HUGE. The guy looked around for some Dutch investers. Found 2 good guys, and then Roel Pieper(head philips at that time) came in the game. He flew around the whole world together with the dude, and it was huge, all big guys said WOW, and told you will be the next bill gates. Even banks gave 50.000.000 on forehand. Funny thing is Roel Pieper started a new company for the code thing, and left Philips, while he still had a few months there. Two days before they signed contracts, and the dutch guy would became bilionair, he died in his garden. Next strange thing is, his room was always messy with 1000's of papers and code. Everything was clean now..... Wonder when this code will appear...These kinda things really makes you think..... Andre |
damn. That just shows that you dont want to be known as the next big billionaire for something that can be stolen. Thats why I am keeping my shit on the down low until I get rich enough to have some scarface security and guns:1orglaugh

Serious, it was hardware based like a processor. On one chipcard(inserted in the hardware) could be like 20 video's Andre |
Interesting stuff it's amazing to think of the stuff that has been suppressed to keep it from us people so that governments and big companies can continue to profit with inferior products...

Few weeks later he could not handle all the pressure, and killed himself...Things that makes you hmmmm Andre |
did you also watch part one on friday ?? it was indeed very interesting , I haven't watched part two yet ( rerun in couple of hours ) but I have serious doubts about the realness of this invention .
he claimed that he could play 15 fullmovies in an accelerated speed on a 128kb disc , I mean really that would prolly even be amazing by standards 50 years from now :2 cents: |

I honestly think it's true. Because Roel Pieper even started a new company for this while he was still with Philips. Also all those trips etc. If the guy is murdered, dunno, but I DO believe the code is stolen after he died.... And who has the code now? Well funny part is on radio1 they had an one hour special and they did speak with Pieper. And he said, yeah the box+code is IN the company....While noone knew that till now....It's all so strange:) Andre |

dunno , we will probably only know when/if it comes out :Graucho after seeing the first part of the docu on friday I did a google on his name and got here http://www.exp-math.uni-essen.de/~im...ews/ed2001.htm , it also makes you think , could be the guy was just jealous of course , dunno and of course , you cannot forget his TWO PREVIOUS inventions wich were just bullshit, both had same kind of story , they were supposed to be something really amazing but in the end it always became clear it was just bullshit ... |
Interesting story, but it would be even better if this hardware 'disk' is re-usable.
|
blair witch project is rea;

Fact remains the whole situation is strange. Could be fake, but when all those HUGE companies wanted to invest milions makes you think... Andre |
