Is it Americans or Australians who make smoothies? You all sound the same to me, but Im sure one of you lot make nice smoothies, have any of you got good recipes for nice smoothies?

Throw fruit + ice + milk + honey or sugar syrup in a blender.

Turn blender on untill ice and fruit have been blended.

Pour in glass. Now you have a smoothie :glugglug

My favorite smoothie is strawberry/guava/tapioca from Chinatown

They give you a thick straw so you can suck the tapioca up , like a blowgun in reverse. :thumbsup
