Help me with suspected spyware please ?
 

For the last few days, when I start ICQ I get a window that tells me to update my database.

Problem is, the text just sounds like translated Russian (the text in the yellow), AND I go to ICQ.com and there's nothing of the sort in the search.

The "more info" link just goes to ICQ.com

What do you think? Here's the screenshot:
