What game were you watching? Czech Republic... out shot, out chanced, out played them. The weakest link on the Czech Republic was goaltending... If hasek was in net, we would be singing a different tune.

czechs played good in the 3rd but canada outplayed them in the 1st and 2nd period.

3 months ago, we were calling vinny lecavalier a traitor. now we're calling him a hero.

yes, we were outplayed, stats show it, coach admitted it, so why deny it..luongo let in some weak goals..bottom line is we still won...but it wasnt easy

but he made up for them by making some big saves

No doubt he made some big time saves. Especially when he lost his stick in the 3rd period and of course in OT. :)

The Fins are no slouches here, especially with Kipper in net., but the Canadians are no doubt the favorites.

The were lucky the refs lost their whistles in the last 10 minutes of the game...

Yeah that was a nice close game.. Canada obviously wasn't on their A game, and the Czech's were.
